On February 1st, Matt Welsch participated in the Food & Farm Coalition Day at the WV State Legislature. The kiddo featured is Jared, and he raised the pig used for the food production of The Vagabond Kitchen's table, and Lena and Terry helped with cooking, running, and facilities. We served over 150 guests with spicy candied bacon, mini egg frittatas, drop biscuits with honey butter, and Presley pound cake with lemon icing.

We got another Grown at Home in WV One Chip Challenge Contestant at Vagabond Kitchen! Our youngest yet! Mr. Ethan Waldeck is not only the most adventurous and tough 14 year old you'll meet, he's also a new resident of our fair city! Let's all welcome this family home!
